How often should I replace my bamboo toothbrush?
Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months. For our bamboo brushes, you can snap off the head for disposal and compost the handle in your garden.
Are the bristles compostable too?
Currently, the soft nylon bristles are not compostable. We recommend removing the bristles with pliers for recycling before placing the bamboo handle in your compost bin.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer carbon-neutral shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return my toothbrush if I change my mind?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the beauty and personal care industry, we cannot accept returns on opened or used toothbrushes. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
